Hertford has always been a “go to” destination to socialise and meet friends and family, any hour of day. With a fantastic foodie culture, multitude of pubs, bars and a wide range of eateries to satisfy just about every taste. Hertford is hard to beat for a good meal.
Times are changing though. A few years back Hertford was home to many more generic chain type restaurant brands. In 2020 (thank’s in part to the pandemic) all but one big name chain remains in Pizza Express. In place of these chains we are seeing many independent, unique restaurants popping up and thriving.
